Running a brand is a learning curve. If you don't listen to feedback from your customers, you'll never succeed. To that end, we've decided to incorporate a few changes regarding how we do things here at SilverSide. Before I get into what changes we're making I just want to say that any additional feedback is welcomed and we encourage you to get in touch.
Firstly, we've decided to reduce the cost of our shipping. With big companies like Amazon that are able to offer free shipping, we were afraid of being left behind. So we have decided to lower the cost of our Standard Delivery from £3.50 to £3.00.
Secondly, we are looking into European and International Shipping and are currently pursuing various possibilities in an attempt to keep these shipping costs as low as possible, without compromising our service.
Thirdly, we want to start giving back to the hip-hop and skate communities. We are looking at various ways of doing this, such as sponsoring events and up and coming artists/skaters. While we don't have all of the details figured out at the time being, but we feel this is a important enough change to be mentioned in this. We will post an update once we have more information for you all, so keep your eyes peeled.
Finally, we have decided to expand our product range a little beyond headwear, and will soon be stocking other SilverSide products. This will not change our focus and our specialization is still headwear, we simply want to offer more than exclusively caps and beanies. We will post an update with more information closer to the time that the new products will be available for purchase.
